Abstract: The current economic damage caused by the death of urban populations in Europe alone from urban air pollution amounts to more than 1.6 trillion US dollars. According to research by the World Health Organization (WHO), in the period up to 2012, about 8 million people died annually from atmospheric air pollution on our planet, i.e. currently more than 10 million people are possible, as the global fleet increased from 1.2 billion to 1.47 billion in 2023 compared to 2012, and by the example of the car fleet of the Russian Federation from 45 million to 64 million motor vehicles (PBX) at the end of 2021, i.e. by 30% and will continue to increase.
